praying for rain
no, those are not raindrops on this gerbera, but water sprayed from a bottle! this is actually just a remake of an old shot. not much time to shoot lately.
manila is experiencing major drought this year. it is supposed to be the rainy season and all we are having are few showers now and then. not enough for farm crops and definitely bad news for our dams. thus, we are now in fear of water being rationed in the nest few months if this keeps up. blame it on global warming! please help us pray for rain my dear friends...
i plan to learn some rain dancing. you think it will help???

a kiwi a day...
got a bunch of these from a patient (how sweet of her), and before having them for snack today, i decided to photograph them! lol! these were not green but the golden variety. it has a delicately sweet taste with an unusually fine texture. delicious!
bootylicious!
ok i think its time for some pink! actually a LOT of pink lol! :))) this is actually an adenium flower shot from the back, focusing on the calyces with very shallow dof. i don't know if you can figure out the petals from this shot, but i like the creamy bokeh the lens made. flowers are definitely pretty up front, but the from the back can show us a different angle of the world, so to speak!
