Doc Tony is Dr. Antonio Comia, a gastroenterologist at the Asian Hospital and Medical Center, St. Luke's Medical Center Global City and the Philippine General Hospital in the Philippines. He has recently been interested in digital photography and captivated the Flickr community with this unique way of presenting what he sees. not sure what tree this is? found it while walking along the streets of DC during my trip there. adjusted tones and levels to bring out the light against these buds.
