the grand central station in milan. this is supposedly the second biggest in taly, second to that of rome. i was totally in awe looking at the grandeur of it all. this is just one dome, there are actually three, i think!
tomorrow i go back to manila. it was fun and i have truly imbibed the italian spirit during this visit. i hope to come back soon!

i have been taking shots of things in the house! now that is a bad sign...that means i need to get out of the house soon and shoot!!! lol!
we collect all sorts of angels and this is one of my favorites. no he does not stay on the piano keys, but he does sit on top of the piano!
can't wait to get to milan next week, although i do not even want to think about the harrowing 20 hour flight!

pastel dreams
still another wonderful sunset from the manila bay, this time, with wisps of pink pastels and baby blues. it is quite a wonder how the same canvas brings out different paintings on a daily basis... love it!

how do you feel about videos on flickr?
i have always seen flickr as a photographers' place. i have a youtube account where i check out videos, and i have a multiply account where i blog, post photos from flickr and videos from youtube. i don't think i will be posting videos anyway as i do not make them myself. but then again, it would be a refreshing thing to see original artistic videos.
well...let us see what happens...

Mall of Asia
The biggest mall in Manila. This shot shows the entertainment center where concerts are held for shoppers. It is right beside the Manila Bay and a wonderful place to watch the spectacular sunset! Do not miss it when you are in Manila!

the mall of asia is the biggest one in the philippines and is actually composed of several complexes connected together. it is fairly huge and i could not believe it was really filled today!
i wanted to shoot the manila bay sunset, and as you see the coastline is filled with people watching the sun go down. good thing the sun did not fail us, and did a beautiful number! bravo!
i guess a lot of peopel wanted to spend the afternoon inside the airconditioned place, as temperatures hit 38 degrees centigrade!!! hot!

plumeria ala sakura
this is probably the most unique plumeria tree i have seen, the tree is devoid of leaves, and only bunches of beautiful and sweet-smelling white flowers stud it! it is amazing to behold. tomorrow i will post the photo of the tree, but for now, here is a zoom of one of its bunch of blooms. they remind me of cherry blossoms in spring. just beautiful!
