Doc Tony is Dr. Antonio Comia, a gastroenterologist at the Asian Hospital and Medical Center, St. Luke's Medical Center Global City and the Philippine General Hospital in the Philippines. these are really very small florettes about a centimeter in diameter and you will not even imagine it looks this velvety up close. it looks like a decorative flower on a cake...good enough to eat!
