a view of the park on top of the mirabell gardens in salzbug, austria. this garden is one of the sites in "the sound of music". the garden is part of castle grounds which was built by prince archbishop wolf dietrich in 1606 for his mistress, salome alt, and her children. it is a beautiful place!
